Sinoboom Australia head office opens

Following the launch of the Sinoboom Australia subsidiary in October 2020, the head office in Melbourne has now opened officially, acting as the hub for national operations.

The new facility, located in the Hallam area of the city, is stocked with a full range of electric-drive scissor lifts with platform heights from 13 to 40ft (4m to 12m), a selection of boom lifts and parts for all machines.

Sinoboom Australia serves customers nationwide, with full after-sales service provided in collaboration with dedicated service agent, Access Service Australia.

Commenting on the head office opening, sales director for Sinoboom Australia, Jason Rigby, said, “We are delighted to open our new facility, which will provide on-site support for customers, and is an ideal base for us to grow in our supply of access equipment across Australia. The design quality of Sinoboom scissors and boom lifts, featuring world-class components, will meet the Australian market’s needs and exceed many expectations.”

For parent company Sinoboom Intelligent Equipment, the opening of the Australian head office is another part of the strategy to fully support regional customers around the world. 12 months ago, only the European subsidiary was established, with Tim Whiteman named as Sinoboom BV CEO in December 2019. Now, there are five global subsidiaries providing regional support and service, in Europe, North America, Australia, Korea and Singapore.
