Two awards for Haulotte at HIRE21
At the HIRE21 exhibition held in Gold Coast, Australia, Haulotte was a double winner at the 2021 Hire Industry Excellence Awards ceremony. The Group was not only rewarded for its new Pulseo generation scissor lift, but also won the Best Supplier of the Year award – the second year it has won this category.
Keith Clarke, general manager of Haulotte Australia, said, “It’s an honour to receive these prizes. It rewards all the hard work from our team around the country. Thanks to our customers for their support of the Haulotte brand.”
The spotlight was on the new Pulseo scissor lift HS15 E PRO, rated as Product of the Year during the event. Combining rough terrain performance, high load capacity and eco-responsibility, this fully electric machine operates silently with no harmful emissions both indoors and outdoors. Haulotte reported that visitors said, “The Pulseo scissor is opening up new opportunities.” They have been convinced by the three charging options, which enables users to adapt to every on-site infrastructure. It includes Haulotte’s innovations such as the Activ’Shield Bar system, Activ’Lighting System, Activ’Energy Management and Activ’Screen.
Attention was also focused on the Star 6 Crawler. The newest addition in the vertical mast range has become popular in Australia because of its versatility. Haulotte says that users have found that the crawling system enables the mast to go over the roughest terrains and reduces the ground pressure to work on sensitive floors.
On Haulotte’s stand at the HIRE21 exhibition demonstrations were made of of Haulotte’s own telematics solution and service portal. Designed to manage aerial fleets more efficiently, the SHERPAL connected solution provides actionable insights to make the right decisions at the right time. The online portal, MyHaulotte.com, gathers together all the Group’s services.
In a well attended workshop, Keith Clarke, descibed how market trends are impacting machine design. “As a nation, we place a high value on our amazing landscape, flora and fauna, yet we have not made a commitment to reduce emissions from our NRMM vehicles. Australian cities could lead the way in committing to electric machines for dedicated green zones.” he said.
Haulotte’s fully electric HS15 E PRO scissor lift demonstrated the group’s commitment to offer ever more environmentally friendly equipment
Damien Gautier, managing director of the APAC area. Said, “The group’s shift to electric machines is in line with the market interest and with the HS15 E PRO winning best new product.”
