Haulotte awarded at HIRE22
At the HIRE22 exhibition held in Adelaide, Australia, on 25 and 26 May. Haulotte’s Australian subsidiary showcased its latest machines and solutions and won the Supplier of the Year award and was also won the Best New Product for the Sigma 16, articulating boom.
Keith Clarke, general manager of Haulotte Australia said, “No words can express how proud we are to win these awards. To back it up again this year, Haulotte and its teams are really honoured. It rewards all the passion and involvement of the Australian team around the country. We want to thank our amazing customers for their support of the Haulotte brand.”
The new articulating boom, Sigma 16, was awarded Product of the Year for access during the event chosen through a combination of voting and judging criteria. Accepting the award on the night was product manager, Julien Micheli who said, “This recognises the involvement of the teams in factories, in marketing departments, with R&D and more globally the entire team working for Haulotte, who are honoured again this year. Their commitment to always serving our customers better is our DNA.”
Sigma 16 is a suitable electric boom for efficiently carrying out daily tasks at height – up to 16m. With a large working envelope, indoor/outdoor agility and simultaneous movements, working at height is simple. With maintenance close to zero, Haulotte’s new articulating boom combines productivity, comfort and safety. The HS15E – last year’s winner – was also exhibited with its large platform capability, all-wheel drive capability and electric infrastructure.
The icing on the cake was Haulotte’s own Robyne Kerr being awarded the 2022 woman of influence award. Her heart-warming speech on the night was full of surprise, pride and thanks for her journey through Haulotte.
“I am extremely honoured to be recognised as a Woman of Influence in the Hire Industry. To feel appreciated is an uplifting experience and I thank all my colleagues and customers for inspiring me.”
Haulotte team met a lot of people during the two days of the show to demonstrate their commitment towards sustainability and its benefits for the environment, economy and society.
These elements have been considered in the machines and innovations Haulotte showed and the stand design itself. The team showed what sustainability means to the company.
