Change in the supervisory board of Jungheinrich
Changes have been made at the top level of the Jungheinrich AG supervisory board. The control committee has nominated Rolf Najork to succeed the outgoing chairman of the supervisory board, Hans-Georg Frey.
The supervisory board of Jungheinrich AG has resolved to propose Rolf Najork for election to the supervisory board at the company’s Annual General Meeting on 11 May 2023. In addition, it is intended to propose Najork as a candidate for the position of chairman of the supervisory board. In September 2022, Hans-Georg Frey resigned as member and chairman of the supervisory board as of the end of the Annual General Meeting on 11 May 2023.
Najork, born in 1961 in Bergisch Gladbach, was the managing director of Robert Bosch GmbH from 2019 to the end of 2022, and CEO of Bosch Rexroth AG from 2016 to August 2022.
In addition to finding a successor for the position of chairman of the supervisory board, the committee also decided to propose Kathrin Elisabeth Dahnke for election to the supervisory board. Dahnke has been a member of the supervisory board since 1 December 2022, following a court order.
