Terex AWP Changzhou ramps up production
By the beginning of October Terex Aerial Work Platform’s (AWP) Chinese plant in Changzhou will produce its 1000th Genie GS-1330 scissor lift. The machine was introduced globally in early 2019 and demonstrates the success of the Changzhou plant and its ability to ramp up to meet the global demand for this product.
The Genie GS-1330 has been designed in response to worldwide demand for compact manoeuvrability in low-level access and space and weight restricted applications. It offers a maximum platform height of 3.9m and a maximum working height of 5.9m with a 2-person, 227kg capacity, and weighing 889kg. This lift is equipped with an all-electric DC drive system that powers it around indoor jobsites with quiet, zero-emissions operation. Runtime ensures a full day of productivity.
